2. Purposes of processing

  • Providing and securing the website (hosting, server logs)
  • Handling enquiries sent through the contact form and by e-mail or phone
  • Audience measurement / tag management, where used (for example Google Tag Manager)
  • Protection against spam and abuse (including reCAPTCHA, where active)

3. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process data in particular on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiries / contract), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation and communication) and, where relevant, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent, for example for optional cookies and tools).

4. Contact form

If you contact us through the form, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your company, the subject and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The data is sent to us (by e-mail to sales@webdoka.de) and, where applicable, to connected internal systems used for handling leads.

5. Hosting and logs

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (IP address, time of access, user agent, requested URL) may be processed in server logs. Such data is stored only for as long as required for operation, security and error analysis.

6. Cookies and third-party services

Technically necessary cookies may be set. For analytics or marketing tools we provide separate information or obtain consent where this is required. When Google reCAPTCHA is used, data may be transmitted to Google; further details are available in Google's privacy notices.

7. Recipients and retention

Recipients are hosting and infrastructure providers acting as processors and - where necessary to handle an enquiry - internal tools (e-mail, CRM). Retention: enquiries are kept for as long as required to handle them and to meet statutory retention obligations; logs and technical data are kept in line with operational retention periods.

8. Your rights

You have - where applicable - the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. A message to sales@webdoka.de is sufficient for this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
